What WE DO

Established 1995: We specialize in Hardware Service: Diagnostics, problem resolution and hardware repair solutions for personal computers and laptops, as well as providing networking services. PCDirect services all models of PC's and to make sure your experience meets your satisfaction, PCDirect extends a 30 day guarantee on most repairs. PCDirect does not provide technical support for manufacturers products. For setup and installation support please contact you product manufacturer.

**What you should bring**
Computers: Bring just the computer unless we need to install an external item for you, Also bring any software you need us to install.
*Laptops:* Please bring in the AC adapter: they're all different
Printers: Bring the whole printer but keep all cables. You may ship your printer as well. Call for details

No need for an appointment - all service is first come first served. You can drop off your unit anytime during our business hours. Most Repairs typically take 2 business days pending parts availability (Not guaranteed). Most repairs are charged at a flat rate + parts. You will never be charged more then 2 hours for any per hour *service (*excludes same, next day & onsite services). Harddrive recovery and Backup services available
